Serving under the Health Director, you will ensure efficient scheduling and delivery of home support services while providing oversight for HMs and RCAs.

Your expertise in trauma-informed care will be vital in creating a safe workplace, meeting daily living needs, and reporting on client conditions. Collaboration with healthcare professionals will be key to ensuring high service standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations of home support services
- Monitor and report on client safety and comfort
- Train and provide guidance to home care staff




- Adjust client care plans as necessary
- Engage in community health programs and workshops Requirements:
- Registered Care Aide registration with the BC Health authorities
- Minimum 3 years in care roles, including supervisory experience
- Valid BC Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
