Responsibilities

- Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities to identify maintenance needs and prevent potential issues.
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, lighting, and other mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical problems using schematics, wiring diagrams, and control system documentation such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Operate and maintain building management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, maintenance schedules, and asset histories.
- Supervise or assist with welding tasks and other specialized repairs to ensure safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate maintenance activities while providing excellent customer service to guests and staff.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities,



inspections, and repairs in accordance with safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in facilities or maintenance management within a hospitality or manufacturing environment.
- Strong electrical experience with the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot wiring issues effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge related to building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and structural components.
- Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and building management systems (CMMS).
- Skilled in welding techniques and mechanical repairs requiring precision craftsmanship.
- Ability to interpret schematics, technical manuals, and facility blueprints confidently.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team collaboration.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to supervise maintenance teams or contractors efficiently.
