About the Role

Best Western Brantford Hotel & Conference Centre is looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Housekeepers to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for our guests by ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet Best Western brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas to hotel standards.
- Make beds, replace linens and towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, quality, and readiness for arriving guests.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost & found items promptly.
- Restock housekeeping carts and maintain clean, organized storage areas.




- Respond to guest requests in a friendly, qualified, and timely manner.
- Follow all health and safety, WHMIS, and hotel cleanliness standards.
- Work efficiently to meet daily room productivity and quality expectations.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $17.72 per hour
