What You'll Do

- • Support daily housekeeping operations and team leadership
- • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met
- • Coach, motivate, and support housekeeping team members
- • Coordinate daily assignments and report maintenance issues
- • Work closely with Front Desk and Maintenance teams
- • Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties as needed
- • Promote a safe, positive, and team-focused work environment

What You Bring

- • Previous hotel housekeeping experience
- • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- • Leadership potential or previous supervisory experience
- • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs
