Shape HR initiatives with Intlvac as an HR Generalist in Halton Hills, Ontario. This in office role allows you to balance strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution. As an experienced HR Generalist, you will report directly to the CEO and serve on the management team.
Your focus will be on full-cycle recruitment, performance management, and coaching for various teams. You will also handle benefits administration and ensure compliance with employment laws while continuously improving HR processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
- Manage employee performance and development initiatives
- Coach managers on employee relations and compliance
- Administer employee benefits and health & safety
- Develop and enhance HR policies and programs Requirements:
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR Generalist experience across multiple disciplines
- Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
