You'll provide expertise in health and safety regulations while evaluating hazards and implementing safety measures. The position requires a proactive approach to incident investigations and audits, emphasizing risk management and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HS&E; initiatives and support workplace safety culture
- Conduct job site inspections for compliance and safety standards
- Assist in incident investigations with field leadership
- Audit subcontractor safety systems and prepare reports
- Support implementation of the Certificate of Recognition Program (COR) Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HSE work experience in construction
- Active NCSO or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of safety regulations and programs
- Strong communication and report writing skills
