You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to assist with recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and policy documentation while gaining hands-on exposure to how modern HR functions operate within a fast-paced technology startup.
This role is ideal for students interested in human resources, organizational development, and people strategy within innovative, product-led technology companies.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
