- Performance-Based: We pay for high-quality service and efficiency. We’re looking for partners who are “hungry” for work and capable of handling a high volume without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

- RBQ License: Categories 15.10 and/or 15.4 are required.
- Compliance: $2 million in liability insurance and an up-to-date CNESST record.
- Equipment: Specialized HVAC tools, a reliable truck or van, and a professional team.
- Structure: Be prepared to provide your flat rates for service calls and system replacements (air conditioning, heat pumps, furnaces).
