Elevate your DevOps career in Halifax, NS with a hybrid opportunity focused on GitHub Actions. Support app teams in migrating deployments, troubleshooting issues, and crafting CI/CD workflows. In this full time role, you will assist in transforming deployments from Jenkins and manual processes to GitHub Actions.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience, with strong skills in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. You will write essential POM and settings files from scratch while ensuring successful integration across various code bases. Key Responsibilities:
- Migrate app teams to GitHub Actions seamlessly
- Troubleshoot and resolve DevOps-related issues
- Create and debug CI/CD pipeline stages effectively
- Implement automations and configurations for integrations
- Set up and manage GitHub Actions workflows and runners Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT diploma
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Proficient in GitHub Actions and Jenkins pipelines
- Strong knowledge of build systems like Maven and NPM
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible Contribute your expertise in DevOps and GitHub Actions to drive successful project integrations in a hybrid work environment.
