Our client, one of Ontario's leading electricity distribution organizations, is embarking on a major Grid Analytics & Data Modernization initiative and is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to help deliver a next-generation Integrated Network Management (INM) solution.

This is far more than a traditional implementation role. You'll be joining a high-profile enterprise transformation program that will modernize how critical electrical network assets, GIS information, operational data, and business processes are managed across the organization. The Opportunity

As an Implementation Specialist, you'll own a key delivery workstream throughout the execution phase of the implementation.

You'll collaborate closely with business leaders, engineering teams, GIS specialists, IT, data owners, cybersecurity, and external implementation partners to successfully deliver a modern enterprise platform supporting utility operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems while remaining hands-on with data, integrations, testing, and implementation activities.

No two days will be the same.

What You'll Be Doing

You will play a leadership role in delivering one of the organization's most strategic digital transformation initiatives by:

Implementation Leadership

- Lead day-to-day implementation activities across multiple technical and business workstreams
- Drive project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items through to resolution
- Coordinate delivery across business stakeholders, IT, engineering, operations, cybersecurity, vendors, and data owners
- Ensure implementation activities remain aligned with scope, schedule, quality, and operational readiness





Business & Solution Delivery

- Facilitate business requirements and solution workshops
- Document business processes, user journeys, configuration decisions, and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into practical implementation activities
- Partner with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery

Data Integration & Migration Take ownership of critical data migration activities including:

- Source system analysis
- Data profiling
- Source-to-target mapping
- Data transformation
- Data quality validation
- Data reconciliation
- Data remediation
- Migration planning and execution

Technical Delivery Work alongside technical teams to support:

- SQL-based data analysis
- Relational databases
- Data integrations
- APIs
- ETL processes
- Automation using SQL and Python
- Data validation
- Dashboard reporting
- Implementation metrics

Testing & Deployment Support end-to-end implementation activities including:

- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- Regression Testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Defect management
- Setting coordination
- Release management
- Deployment planning
- Cutover activities
- Go-Live support
- Hypercare

Business Readiness Help prepare the organization for successful adoption by supporting:

- End-user training
- Change management
- Business readiness
- Operational documentation

What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats.

You're equally comfortable facilitating stakeholder workshops, troubleshooting implementation issues, writing SQL queries, coordinating vendors,



and helping guide enterprise software deployments.
