What you'll do
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process for current agency partners.
- Configure the AlayaCare platform to align with specific agency workflows and operational requirements.
- Lead training sessions to ensure staff are proficient in using the software.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during the onboarding phase to maintain project timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine setup processes and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software implementation or technical account management.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and map them to software functionality.
- Strong communication skills for managing client expectations and delivering training.
- Experience working with cloud-based enterprise software solutions.
- Understanding of healthcare or home care operations is preferred.
