In this senior-level position, you will report to the Director of Research Ethics and Integrity. Your primary focus will be on implementing the Institutional Research Data Management Strategy while translating high-level goals into actionable plans.
Key responsibilities include assessing institutional needs, engaging stakeholders, and developing tailored resources to enhance data stewardship across the university. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute strategies and initiatives from the U of A RDM Strategy
- Develop detailed action plans, timelines,
and metrics
- Conduct assessments of RDM services and needs
- Design engagement processes with researchers and partners
- Foster a Community of Practice for RDM Requirements:
- Graduate degree in a relevant discipline
- Understanding of FAIR principles and Indigenous Data Sovereignty
- Proven project management abilities
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience with collaboration tools like Google Workspace Support research excellence and innovation at the University of Alberta through your expertise in data management.
