Our client, a leading asset management organization, is seeking a lawyer with 2 to 5 years of robust experience in private funds, asset management, and institutional investor negotiations, preferably gained at a leading investment manager or law firm. In this role, you'll advise on a broad range of institutional investment management matters, including negotiating investment management agreements, advising on the formation, launch and maintenance of investment funds, and will partner with business leaders on product development and strategic initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading platform, in a role that offers a 3 day in office hybrid working pattern, and play a key role in supporting its continued growth.
