This role involves receiving client referrals based on regional demand and utilizing a solution-focused approach to address various mental health topics. You'll empower clients in a judgment-free space and assist them in identifying external resources when needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Accept client case referrals based on local demand
- Provide solution-focused consultations for diverse mental health issues
- Help clients clarify and achieve personal goals
- Foster a judgment-free environment for open discussions
- Connect clients with community resources, if necessary Requirements:
- University degree in counselling-related field
- Valid professional license and insurance
- Office access for in-person sessions
- Experience in short-term counselling preferred
