Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre is seeking an Indigenous Patient Navigator (IPN, Cancer) to support Indigenous patients, families and caregivers in the Hudson Regional Cancer Program.
The IPN will coordinate access to cancer services, address cultural needs and network with partners to ensure culturally grounded services for Indigenous patients. Collaboration with the Regional Indigenous Cancer Lead and Indigenous Project Coordinator (Cancer) will aid program development and education.
