Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer to improve operational efficiency, optimize production processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives across our operations. In this role, you will analyze workflows, identify opportunities for increased productivity, and implement cost-effective solutions that enhance quality, safety, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, innovative, and passionate about process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Design and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.

- Develop workflow layouts, capacity plans, and resource utilization strategies.

- Conduct time studies, process mapping, and performance analysis.

- Collaborate with production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to achieve operational goals.

- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend corrective actions when needed.





- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and improvement recommendations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing operations.

- Robust knowledge of process improvement methodologies, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement principles.

- Experience with production planning, workflow analysis, and performance measurement.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering or data analysis software.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Knowledge of manufacturing standards and industrial safety practices is considered an advantage.

Pay: $82,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
