We're now hiring passionate, detail-focused individuals to join our team. As an Industrial Packaging Operator, you'll help ensure high-quality products are packaged efficiently and safely. You'll operate packaging lines including automated and semi-automated bagging systems, palletizers, flour lines, and toting equipment delivering excellence every time.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate packaging equipment (bagging lines, tote lines, palletizers, labelers, etc.)
- Monitor/test processes at metal detector control points
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and read control screens
- Set up and calibrate lines, ensure materials are stocked, perform quality and coding checks
- Complete daily documentation (volumes,



summaries, operations)
- Use WOW inventory/handheld systems to scan and track orders
- Support sanitation and follow all food safety guidelines

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with complex packaging lines preferred
- Food manufacturing/packaging experience an asset
- Forklift certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Robust communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Must read, write, and speak English
- Able to lift 50 lbs, work 12-hour shifts, and perform physical tasks
- Comfortable with heights and exposure to allergens (e.g., grain dust)
