Fonctions

Spécifiques/Specific functions La personne titulaire du poste planifie, supervise et coordonne les activités nursing du CLSC dans l’ensemble des programmes : suivi infantile, périnatalité, vaccination, ITSS, santé scolaire, maintien à domicile, soins courants, etc. Elle sera également appelée à faire de la garde d’urgence sur rotation. Agit comme chef d'équipe, est en charge de la supervision et orientation des nouvelles infirmières.

Assure le bon fonctionnement du CLSC au niveau des soins infirmiers et coordonne le partage des tâches administratives équitablement dans l'équipe. Est en charge de soutenir les interprètes dans leur travail. Elle agira comme personne-ressource auprès de ses collègues pour la planification, la distribution et l’évaluation des soins infirmiers.

Elle collaborera à la conception, l’implantation, l’évaluation et la révision de la programmation nursing d’un service et d’outils cliniques et d’évaluation de la qualité des soins ainsi qu’à l’orientation, l’identification des besoins de formation et l’évaluation du rendement du personnel. Lorsque requis, elle exercera les fonctions habituelles d’infirmière. The person holding the position will plan, supervise and coordinate nursing activities of the CLSC in all programs such as: infantile monitoring, perinatology, vaccination, STI, school health, home care, routine care, etc. She will share with the nursing team, the “on call” emergency duty.

Acts as team leader,is in charge of the supervision and orientation of new nurses. Ensures the proper functioning of the CLSC in terms of nursing care and coordinates the sharing of administrative tasks fairly within the team. Is in charge of supporting the interpreters in their work.





She will act as a resource person for her colleagues in the planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care. She will work on the design, implementation, evaluation and revision of the nursing planning of the service and its clinical assessment tools and the quality of care as well as orientation, identification of training needs and evaluation of staff performance. When required, she will exercise the usual functions of a nurse.

Exigences spécifiques/Specific Requirements Membre en règle de l’O.I.I.Q.;

Minimum de deux (2) ans d’expérience comme infirmier-ère en rôle élargi dans un CLSC;

Doit obligatoirement avoir réussi sa formation en Rôle Élargi et/ou avoir de l’expérience en santé communautaire et en poste isolé (Rôle Élargi);

Leadership positif;

Grand sens des responsabilités et de l’organisation;

Bilinguisme essentiel français-anglais, parlé et écrit et inuktitut est un atout;

Capacité de travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire et à développer de bonnes relations interpersonnelles;

Expérience en urgence et ou en santé communautaire est un atout;

Donner la formation aux employés allochtones et autochtones désignés. FORMATION ACADÉMIQUE REQUISE : Ce poste est accessible aux personnes détentrices d’un BAC ou d’un DEC en autant que les candidat-e-s obtiennent une note de 60/85 de la grille d’évaluation qui sera complétée lors de l’entrevue.

Active member of O.I.I.Q;

Minimum of two (2) years experience as a nurse in an expanded role in CLSC;

Must have successfully completed training in Enlarged Role and / or have experience in Community health and isolated outpost (Enlarged Role);

Positive leadership;

Great sense of responsibility and organization;

Bilingualism French/English (spoken and written) is essential and knowledge of Inuktitut is an asset;





Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and developing positive interpersonal relationship;

Experience in an Emergency Department and/or Community Health is an asset;

Provide training to designated employees Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal.

REQUIRED ACADEMIC BACKGROUND: This position is accessible to all individuals with a BAC or a DEC as long as the candidates obtain a note of 60/85 in the evaluation grill that will be completed during the interview.
