Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
Greet customers warmly and promptly upon entry, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Operate cash terminal proficiently, handling transactions, issuing receipts, and processing returns and exchanges.
Product Expertise
Assess customer needs and provide expert advice on a wide range of department products.
Stay updated on current products and their features through Vendor and product knowledge training sessions.
Sales Objectives
Actively participate in achieving sales objectives set by the Branch Leadership Team.
Promotions and Inventory
Stay informed about current promotions and flyer prices.
Support cycle counts and inventory checks as directed by Management.
Store Maintenance
Maintain floor plans to ensure a tidy and organized sales environment.
Keep checkout work areas clean, tidy, and clutter-free.
Compliance and Safety
Adhere to policies and procedures related to loss prevention, product breakage, and health and safety regulations.
Additional Duties
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
