LSW Wear Parts Ltd., a family-owned company established in 1993, full-service process solutions provider, delivering end-to-end support across aggregate and mining operations. We are seeking a motivated, well-spoken Inside Product Support Representative/ branch Supervisor to join our sales team for our new Deer Lake NFLD location.

Position: Inside Product Support Representative/ Branch Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with customers and outside sales staff
- Communicate with customers to understand needs and identify sales opportunities
- Follow up on leads and qualify new prospects
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information via phone and email
- Demonstrate product features and recommend suitable solutions
- Create and maintain a customer and prospect database
- Upsell products and services; close sales and meet targets
- Stay current on product updates and competitor offerings
- Coordinate with suppliers and other Branches as required

Required Skills and Qualifications




- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid phone skills and customer service focus
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong listening and sales aptitude

Assets / Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move items up to 60 lbs
- Forklift experience is an asset

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
