We are searching for a highly organized, personable individual to work alongside both our sales and accounting leads. If you are good with numbers, methodical, and have strong communication skills we’d love to hear from you. A background in sales or accounting is an asset. The role is flexible, and can be molded to a candidate's strengths.
At A-1 we pride ourselves on providing a robust work/life balance and a pro-family environment. We don't work Sundays and only work select Saturdays during the irrigation season(April-July). Paid time off/vacation becomes available after probation (3 Months).
Duties
- Assist farmers and technicians with set up, management, and programming of new and existing Irrigation telemetry products.
- Assist our sales lead with designs, quotes, invoicing, and project management
- Administer 1 Calls for excavation and ground work
- Perform on site field surveys
- Assist with accounting duties, paying bills and mailing/organizing statements
- Help with filing and organization of past, current, and future projects
- Administer safety paperwork and procedures for the field crews
Requirements:
- Class 5 Drivers license
- Strong spoken and written English
- Proficiency with Math and numbers
- Strong computer skills
- Strong Client interface skills
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
