We specialize in hydraulic hose and fittings, industrial hose, rigging, tire chains, lubrication equipment, and other industrial products. We are currently looking for an Inside Sales / Hose Technician to join our Moncton team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong mechanical aptitude, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. This position offers a unique combination of inside sales, hydraulic hose assembly, customer support, and hands-on work in a fast-paced industrial environment. No two days are exactly the same.

Whether you have previous experience in hydraulics or are mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we are willing to train the right individual.

What You’ll Do

As an Inside Sales / Hose Technician, you will:

· Provide friendly, professional service to walk-in customers, over the phone, and through email.

· Assist customers in identifying products and solutions that best meet their needs.

· Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

· Build and assemble hydraulic hose assemblies to customer specifications.

· Pick and prepare products for customer pickup or shipment.

· Prepare customer quotations and assist with pricing requests.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

· Work closely with teammates to ensure customers receive exceptional service.

· Participate in ongoing training to expand your product knowledge and technical skills.

· Contribute ideas that improve customer service, efficiency, and overall branch performance.

What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have:





· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

· The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic computer skills.

· A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance.

· The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Experience in industrial sales, hydraulics, hose assembly, automotive, heavy equipment, or other mechanical fields is considered an asset—but it is not required. We are happy to train the right person.
