Responsibilities
- Assist the outside sales team with customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-up.
- Provide excellent customer support by answering phone calls and emails regarding products, pricing, availability, and stock levels.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
- Help customers select the correct industrial products, parts, tools, and equipment to meet their application needs.
- Prepare and send quotations, then follow up with customers to secure sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
- Work closely with suppliers and internal team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and orders.
- Support daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
