Job title: Installation Technician

Contract duration: 02 months (With extension possibilities)

Work Location: New Market, ON (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Installation & Implementation Technician to support the deployment of backup hardware within a Radiation Oncology setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of a backup solution while working closely with the client to ensure a successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and rack-mount backup hardware at the client site.
- Configure and deploy a RS3621xs+ NAS server.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and validation.
- Troubleshoot hardware and configuration issues during deployment.
- Document the installation, configuration, and implementation activities.
- Work collaboratively with client stakeholders to ensure a successful deployment.
- Provide onsite support with some remote assistance as required.
- Follow customer standards, change management, and implementation procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Experience installing and configuring enterprise server or NAS hardware.
- Hands-on experience with solutions is an asset.
- Strong hardware installation and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with backup and storage technologies.




- Ability to document technical implementations clearly.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a healthcare environment.
