We are looking for a reliable, hardworking insulator installer to join our team.
Duties
- Measure and cut insulation materials
- Install various types of insulation such as fiberglass, foam, or mineral wool in walls, attics, floors, and ceilings
- Use caulking to seal gaps around insulation for optimal energy efficiency and air tightness
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations on schedule and according to safety standards
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
Experience
- Prior construction experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with caulking techniques and hand tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety are essential
- Experience with insulation materials or related trades will be advantageous
- A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced setting
