We're looking for an experienced Intake Manager to become the trusted guide for patients from their first conversation through to their clinical consultation.

The Opportunity

This is a relationship-focused role for someone who enjoys educating patients, building trust, and helping people confidently move forward with treatment.

As the central point of contact for new patient inquiries, you'll assess patient needs, explain treatment options, discuss financial solutions, coordinate next steps, and ensure every patient feels informed and supported throughout their journey.

Your success will be measured by your ability to educate, prepare, and guide patients so they arrive at their consultation informed, confident, and ready to move forward with a personalized treatment plan.

You'll collaborate closely with our Denturists, Regional Managers, and Clinic Administrative Coordinators to deliver an exceptional patient experience across all Saberton locations.

What You'll Do

- Serve as the trusted advisor for prospective and existing patients.
- Conduct/Support approximately 20 new patient consultations each day through inbound and outbound communication
- Assess each patient's concerns, treatment choices and goals, readiness to move forward, and financial considerations, ensuring they arrive at their clinical consultation informed, confident, and prepared to take the next step.




- Educate patients on Saberton's denture and implant solutions while clearly explaining treatment options, features, benefits, and what they can expect throughout the process
- Coordinate appointments and patient onboarding across all Saberton clinics.
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and proactive follow-up.
- Collaborate with Denturists, Regional Managers, and Clinic Administrative Coordinators to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in treatment coordination, patient care, dental, denturism, healthcare, cosmetic medicine, hearing care, or a similar medical device patient-focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to educate and guide patients through treatment options and financial discussions.
- We prefer experience in dentures, dental, hearing care, cosmetic medicine, or another consultative healthcare environment is an asset; however, we're committed to training the right individual on our products, services, patient journey, and industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable discussing treatment options and financial solutions.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Experience with HubSpot, or similar patient management, and CRM systems is an asset but not required.
