- Supervise daily freight operations for all transportation modes
- Develop and coach team members for performance improvement
- Oversee shipment lifecycle, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Manage departmental inboxes and facilitate communication
- Monitor vendor performance to drive service improvements Requirements:
- 10+ years in transportation or freight forwarding
- Robust knowledge of TMS and EDI Systems
- Familiarity with Customs regulations for Canada and the USA
- Experience with CargoWise or similar software
