Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care and day-to-day living, and using communication techniques to ensure successful interactions for individuals supported. Key Responsibilities:

- Support individuals in home and community environments
- Use communication methods to relay essential information
- Empower individuals in daily living tasks like hygiene and meal prep
- Provide personal care including medication administration
- Assist with program and goal development Requirements:
- College diploma in a related human services field
- Experience with developmental disabilities and mental health
- Proficiency in American Sign Language or Signed Exact English
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
