Position: IT Asset Operations Support Coordinator

Location: Scarborough, Ontario - Onsite

Pay Rate: 25.00 - 30.00/hr (rate depends on experience)

Soroc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator (IT Asset) to join our banking client’s Warehouse Operations team.

*Needs to have experience in ServiceNow working directly with assets.

Responsibilities includes

- Monitoring two shared mailboxes for asset updates, handling asset refresh inquiries, and working with Absolute.
- Manage operational requests and workflows through ServiceNow
- Coordination of inventory tracking, shipment documentation, and other warehouse-related activities.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications using Microsoft Outlook
- Support the warehouse team with documentation, shipment tracking, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend operational enhancements
- Assist with inventory tracking and documentation related to incoming and outgoing shipments





• Unbox monitor & apply privacy screen on monitors • Power on/ off desktops

• Touchscreen test

• Signoff the checklist

• Put the tested monitors label outside

• Close the box and place it on the skid

• Miscellaneous items The ideal candidate should also have:

- A solid understanding of hardware assets in ServiceNow, including how to interpret asset history and making updates in the hardware asset table
- Experience in ServiceNow working directly with assets.
- Intermediate Excel skills are preferred
- Familiarity with Power BI is a nice bonus
- Proven experience in an operational support role
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or warehouse management software
