NorQuest College is seeking an IT Support Desk Analyst to provide frontline computer support for students, staff, and faculty in a fast-paced setting. You will be the single point of contact for IT-related questions and document all interactions in the ITSM system.
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will perform troubleshooting across desktops, laptops, mobiles, and network services, while assisting with AD account management and email issues.
