SKILLS REQUIRED

- 10+ years of experience in Java application development with proven experience leading development teams.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and SQL databases.
- Lead solution design, development, code reviews, and technical delivery of enterprise applications.
- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud platforms and distributed systems.
- Preferred: Experience in Banking, Cards, or Payments domain and solid understanding of design patterns and system architecture.
