Test Automation – Selenium

CI/CD

- Lead end-to-end application design and development using Java Full Stack technologies.
- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Review application design, source code, and deployment strategies.
- Drive technical decisions ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

Full Stack Development

- Develop backend services using:
- Spring Boot
- Microservices
- REST APIs
- Kafka/Messaging systems

- Develop frontend applications using:

- Angular / React
- HTML5, CSS3

- Design and optimize database solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Design scalable cloud-native and microservices-based solutions.
- Define API standards, integration patterns, and security frameworks.
- Participate in technical estimations and solution proposals.
- Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) for new technologies.

Project & Delivery Management

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.




- Break down requirements into technical user stories and tasks.
- Track sprint progress and resolve technical blockers.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Quality & Governance

- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Drive unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
- Ensure application security and compliance requirements are met.
- Monitor production issues and lead root cause analysis activities.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

The Java Full Stack Tech Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade web applications using Java-based backend technologies and up-to-date frontend frameworks. The role combines hands-on technical expertise, solution architecture, team leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership.

Salary Range

- CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
