What You'll Do
As our Jewelry Workshop & Retail Associate, you’ll be the face of Meirako—welcoming customers, guiding them through our signature jewelry workshops, and supporting the team behind the scenes.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead Jewelry Workshops (Ring making, charm creation, hand stamping, etc.)
- Customer service email
- Help with order fulfillment & packaging
- Support production & basic jewelry assembly tasks
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service in-store
- Assist with marketing & social media content creation
- Maintain a clean, inspiring, and organized store environment

- A friendly and patient personality: someone who makes people feel comfortable
- Strong communication skills and a love for teaching hands-on activities
- Someone who is open to feedback and eager to learn and grow
- Organized
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings
- Comfortable with manual work, using small tools, and being on your feet
