Join Newcomer Women’s Services Toronto as a Job Seeker Support Specialist, empowering individuals in the healthcare job market. This role involves full-time, in-person engagement with job seekers preparing for the Ontario Bridging Training Program (OBTP). As an Employment Counsellor, you will assess client needs, create individualized action plans, and deliver targeted workshops.

This position requires knowledge of the healthcare sector, solid case management skills, and commitments to advocacy and partnership building. You will collaborate closely with healthcare institutions to facilitate successful job placements for diverse clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct needs assessments and coaching sessions
- Manage client progress in service tracking systems




- Facilitate workshops on job readiness and integration
- Cultivate partnerships with healthcare organizations
- Organize and attend job fairs and networking events Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in relevant field or 5 years experience
- 3 years of experience in case management
- Familiarity with healthcare market trends
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability for evenings and weekends Make a meaningful impact in the lives of healthcare professionals as they transition into the workforce.
