We’re looking for a curious, creative, and coachable writer ready to grow fast in a fast-paced agency. As our Junior Copywriter, you’ll work alongside experienced creatives to concept, write, and refine copy for tech clients that are shaping the future.

What you’ll do

- Support the creative team with copywriting that converts across websites, ad campaigns, sales decks, and video scripts
- Write long form copy as needed for case studies, blog posts, whitepapers etc.
- Conduct basic research for audience, SEO, and competitors to inform content strategy (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads)
- Contribute to creative concepting sessions and brainstorms
- Participate in clients interviews to inform messaging
- Assist with sitemaps, IA, and content organization
- Learn and apply brand voice and tone guidelines
- Participate in QA and content review for websites and campaigns
- Efficiently manage your priorities to ensure project timeline and due dates are met
- Clearly communicate, well in advance, dependencies or missing assets / resources and problems that might prevent you from achieving your milestones and due dates

What You Bring





- 1-2 years of experience (or a robust portfolio of work)
- An undergraduate degree in English, Psychology, or Business (or other post secondary level training)
- A solid understanding of copywriting fundamentals and the difference between copy and content
- Excellent command of grammar, tone, and storytelling
- Comfortable using and learning new software (e.g. Google Docs, Google Sheets, Figma, Mindmeister, Canva, Google Slides, Webflow, Wordpress, Sanity, Zoom, Google Meet)
- A genuine interest in tech, marketing, and creative problem solving
- Organization skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn SEO, CRO, and brand strategy principles
