ADay in theLife

As an Environmental Scientist or Technologist, in our Swift Current office , you’ll be responsible for assisting multiple projects where you will have increasing interaction with our multi-disciplinary staff, regulatory agencies and clients. You will be part of a strong team of committed professionals.

The compensation range for this role is $26.00 to $37.00 commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location To thrive in this role,you’ll be comfortable taking ownership of the following responsibilities:

- Lead andassistwith simple to moderately complex contaminated site field investigations or reclamation projects
- Act as a leader in the workplace using Our Standard Operating Safety and Technical Procedures
- Supervise sub-contractors
- Initial interpretation of field data to make field-related decisions
- Work with senior technical advisors to ensure high quality products that meet our clients’ unique project needs




- Communicate and liaise with clients and project related stakeholders
- Manage project related timelines and budgets
- Preparation of technical correspondence, proposals, work plans, cost estimates, and summary reports

YourExpertise andSkills

These requirements reflect the knowledge,skillsand abilities that help you do your best work here.
- Experience managing assessment, reclamation,remediationand monitoring projects for Oil and Gas clients within a consulting environment would be considered an asset
- A degree or technical diploma in environmental science, geology, hydrogeology,reclamationor engineering
- Eligibility for registration in ormaintaininga good standing in a skilled organization
- Self-motivated andpossessstrong communicationskills (verbal and written)
- A strong knowledge of Saskatchewan regulatory framework
- Experiencewritingtechnical reports
- A valid and clean driver’s license with no restrictions.
