Overview
We are seeking a dynamic experienced Junior Marketing Designer to join our creative marketing team and elevate our brand presence within the real estate market. This paid role offers an exciting chance to develop visually compelling marketing materials, contribute to digital campaigns, and support our overall marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing engaging marketing assets including social media graphics, property listings, and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite
- Create compelling UI (User Interface) designs for websites and landing pages that enhance user experience
- Develop motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns using Adobe After Effects and InVision
- Design logos, branding elements, and visual assets that align with our company identity and marketing goals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality visual content for presentations, email campaigns, and online advertisements
- Maintain consistency across all digital platforms by applying typography, color schemes, and branding guidelines
Experience
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, similar tools
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and digital design best practices
- Understanding of motion graphics creation with Adobe After Effects or similar programs
- Knowledge of web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress platform management
- Experience working on visual design projects related to marketing or branding is a plus
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects efficiently
