Amjay Software is hiring a Junior Software Support Specialist.

This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity for someone who enjoys helping clients, solving problems, and learning new technology.

The successful candidate will be a first point of contact for pharmacies using Amjay’s software and services. They will respond to support requests, troubleshoot common technical issues, manage and document support cases, complete remote software installations, and work with our technical team when more advanced issues need to be escalated.

Key responsibilities will include

- Responding to client requests by phone, email, and support desk
- Managing, prioritizing, and documenting support cases
- Completing administrative tasks, including updating client records, maintaining documentation, and tracking outstanding items
- Troubleshooting common software, connectivity, firewall, and service-related issues
- Remotely installing and configuring Amjay software
- Following up with clients to confirm issues have been resolved
- Escalating advanced or unresolved issues to the appropriate team




- Creating clear internal and client-facing support documentation
- Supporting website and mobile app deployments when required
- Helping improve support processes and the overall client experience
- Participating in a rotating shift or on-call schedule

We are looking for someone who is:
- Comfortable working with computers and learning recent systems
- Client-focused, patient, and professional
- A strong verbal and written communicator
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Naturally curious and comfortable troubleshooting problems
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home

Previous experience in customer service, software support, technology, or pharmacy would be helpful, but it is not required. Full training will be provided.
