Duties

- Assist skilled tradespeople by carrying materials, tools, and equipment to designated areas
- Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing supplies
- Perform general manual tasks such as digging, lifting, mixing materials, and cleaning work areas
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure environment for yourself and colleagues
- Support with loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas
- Maintain cleanliness of the work site to promote efficiency and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations

- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery (training provided if needed)
