Euro Titan is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our growing project team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out survey works related to piling, shoring, excavation support systems, and foundation construction activities. The role involves setting out project coordinates, levels, and alignments, conducting site surveys, preparing survey records and reports, and ensuring all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

The Land

Surveyor will work closely with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and Project Managers to maintain accurate survey control throughout all phases of construction. Key Responsibilities:

Perform setting-out and survey activities for piling, shoring, and foundation works.

Establish and verify site control points, benchmarks, coordinates, and elevations.

Execute surveys for Bored piles, Secant piles, Contiguous piles, Sheet piles, Foundation and Substructure works.

Operate and maintain surveying equipment including Total Stations, GPS, and Auto Levels.

Prepare and verify survey coordinates for site execution.

Conduct topographic, construction, and as-built surveys.

Prepare survey records, reports, sketches,



and documentation.

Produce and update As-Built Drawings and As-Built Survey Reports.

Review and interpret civil, structural, piling, and shoring drawings.

Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure surveying accuracy.

Monitor survey quality and identify discrepancies before construction activities commence.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Maintain calibration and proper care of survey equipment.

Qualifications and Requirements

✅ Experience in Piling & Shoring Works is required.

✅ Proven experience in setting out:

Bored Piles

Secant Piles

Contiguous Piles

Sheet Piles

Foundation Works

✅ Proficiency in:

Total Station

GPS Survey Equipment

Auto Level

✅ Experience preparing survey coordinates and site layouts.

✅ Robust AutoCAD skills for drafting and coordinate preparation.

✅ Experience preparing As-Built Drawings and Survey Reports.

✅ Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, piling, and shoring drawings.

✅ Strong coordination and communication skills with engineering and construction teams. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Previous UAE construction experience is preferred.

Strong understanding of construction surveying procedures and industry best practices.

Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and UAE construction standards is an advantage.
