Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Labourer and equipment operator . Full landscapes , retaining walls , irrigation, foundations and artificial turf. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscaping, construction, and machine operations.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment such as excavators and skidsteers
- Support irrigation system installation
- Help with excavation work for new installations or repairs using appropriate machinery and techniques
- Conduct general site cleanup, debris removal, and ensure safety protocols arefollowed at all times
- Support construction activities related to landscape features such as pathways, retaining walls, or garden beds
Qualifications
- Prior experience or interest in landscaping, gardening, horticulture or related fields is preferred but not required
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools is advantageous
- Ability to operate or learn to operate equipment such as excavators or skid steers
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good physical stamina; able to perform manual tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices or construction experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Commitment to safety procedures and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
- Class 5 licence
