What You'll Be Doing

- Lead a landscape construction crew on residential and commercial projects
- Read and interpret landscape drawings and site plans
- Coordinate labour, equipment, and materials
- Build retaining walls, paving stone patios, stairs, grading, drainage systems, planting, and other landscape features
- Operate skid steers, excavators, loaders, and other construction equipment
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Mentor and develop crew members
- Communicate professionally with project managers, clients, and suppliers




- Keep projects on schedule while maintaining quality workmanship

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of landscape construction experience
- Previous foreman or crew leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of hardscape construction techniques
- Experience operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read construction drawings and execute projects accurately
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A positive attitude with a solutions-focused mindset
- Valid driver's licence (Class 3 is considered an asset)
