Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, pruning, and gardening to enhance landscape aesthetics and health
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely for various landscaping tasks
- Support excavation activities using equipment such as excavators, ensuring proper site preparation
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure efficient watering and plant health
- Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, mulching, and debris removal
- Conduct basic mechanical repairs and maintenance on landscaping equipment and tools
- Follow safety protocols during all activities to maintain a secure work environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience with construction or landscaping projects is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge
- Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other machinery is a plus
- Knowledge of horticulture, gardening, and landscape maintenance practices is advantageous
- Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality work
