Duties
- Join either the maintenance team or the installation team in serving each client to the highest standard
- Assist with mowing, pruning, mowing, and general gardening tasks to ensure healthy, vibrant landscapes
- Assist with with digging, wheelbarrowing, carrying pavers, installing block walls to create beautiful outdoor spaces
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment such as excavators under supervision
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and uphold high standards of quality
Experience
- Prior experience with landscaping or construction work is helpful but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of horticulture practices, gardening techniques, and landscape maintenance is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge or experience operating equipment such as excavators or irrigation systems is advantageous
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping enhances your ability to contribute effectively
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites and machinery operation
