LAW CLERK Area: Mortgage Enforcement Location: North York, ON Salary: $70,000-$85,000 annually - based on experience Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including Health/ Vision/ Dental/ LTD and more Responsibilities - Drafting pleadings, including Statement of Claims, Judgments and Demand Letters; - Preparing Notices of Sale; - Preparing general correspondence and accounts and processing payments; - Other duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications - 2-4 years of experience working as a Law Clerk within Mortgage Enforcement or a similar area - Exceptional computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office) - The ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision - The ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume workplace while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
