What You'll Do
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils
- Keep kitchen, dish area, and storage spaces clean and organized
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment
- Assist with receiving deliveries and basic food prep as needed




- Remove trash and maintain a safe, sanitary workspace
- Support the culinary team wherever needed
- Work a adaptable schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma preferred
- Previous steward or dishwashing experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequently bend, reach, lift, push, and pull (30+ lbs.)
- Work safely in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment
