We're expanding and creating a new division within our company. We're looking for a skilled leader to take ownership of projects, mentor a team, and help shape the future of Aboshkal Design & Build.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing residential and/or commercial renovation projects.
- Exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A professional who is adaptable and willing to embrace contemporary technology, digital systems, and design software—not just old-school methods.
- Someone who takes pride in delivering quality work and is committed to continuous improvement.

Compensation $80,000–$100,000+ per year, plus performance bonuses, depending on experience and qualifications.
