In this role, you will monitor our RFID lift access points to prevent unauthorized entry, identify potential loss, investigate suspicious activity, and troubleshoot ticketing issues. Compensation Information: $22.45 per hour

Physical Requirement: Light; work activities involve handling loads up to 10kg; predominantly in an indoor setting; includes prolonged periods of time at a desk/screen.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

This role is eligible for an incentive for successful applicants to receive $1 per hour worked based on completion of a full winter season contract. Conditions apply to this incentive and will be shared during the interview and onboarding process.

Skills you bring with you:

- Exceptional interpersonal and de-escalation skills to handle sensitive guest situations calmly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under strict timelines with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with strong verbal and written English skills.
- Minimum of one season of working experience at a ski or mountain resort (shift lead or operational support experience preferred).
- Experience with SKIDATA, RFID technology, RTP resort management systems, and two-way radio etiquette is an asset.
- Knowledge of WorkSafeBC regulations and willingness to complete and on-site criminal record check.





Primary Responsibilities:

- Monitor RFID and conduct audit reports to verify guest qualifications and ensure compliance with resort policies.
- Identify access violations, review security camera footage to secure evidence, and collaborate with Guest Services to prevent theft.
- Maintain effective communication with the Lift Operations team to support and resolve RFID issues.
- Act as the shift lead and operational point of escalation on the supervisor�s day off.
- Professionally handle guest inquiries, de-escalate ticketing disputes, and accurately process fine payments via the POS system.
- Uphold compliance standards and operational workflows under the direction or in the absence of the Access Audit Supervisor.
