This temporary leadership opportunity within Fraser Health's Cardiology Portfolio offers exposure to some of the most complex and impactful clinical technology initiatives in the organization. You'll lead and oversee projects spanning cardiac diagnostics, imaging, integrations, infrastructure, interoperability, and clinical applications supporting cardiac services across the region.

This role is ideal for someone with:

- Strong project and program management experience




- Ability to independently manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Experience leading technical teams and driving solution delivery
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to navigate clinical, operational, vendor, and technical environments
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

You'll partner with physicians, clinicians, operational leaders, vendors, architects, and technical teams while leading initiatives such as system modernizations, major upgrades, integrations, and regional service improvements across a broad range of cardiac services.
