Become the IT Operations Lead at HONK and transform corporate IT for a dynamic SaaS company in Toronto. This hands-on role demands expertise in Google Workspace and compliance initiatives for our 70-person team. HONK is looking for a detail-oriented IT Operations Lead as our first in-house IT hire, reporting to the CTO.

You will manage the entire IT lifecycle, ensuring compliance with SOC 2 and PCI DSS protocols. This position offers opportunities for growth into management while working closely with our Infrastructure team on established frameworks. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive IT security initiatives and manage mobile application access
- Administer Google Workspace, including security settings and groups




- Oversee the full hardware lifecycle and endpoint management
- Provision and maintain software tooling for internal teams
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes Requirements:
- 4-7+ years in IT administration or operations experience
- Expertise in Google Workspace and MDM management
- Proven skills in audit control implementation
